The Main House is a stunning contemporary Cotswold home, which has been lovingly renovated to an exceptional standard, whilst retaining some of the beautiful 18th Century features. Located on a very pretty lane in the lovely village of Weston-on-the-Green, the property is situated in a conservation area surrounded by a number of Grade II listed buildings. Laid over two floors, the property has ample entertaining space and a large garden. It’s in an ideal location if you’re looking to explore the Oxfordshire Cotswolds or to visit the renowned Bicester village whilst also being in easy reach of London.
Living
The Main House has a beautiful open plan kitchen/dining room with large bi folding doors and also French doors leading onto the Oxfordshire countryside. The lounge area of the kitchen includes a comfy sofa, two large poufs and a coffee table. Perfect for the morning papers!
The kitchen is fully stocked with seating for 6-8 around the dining table and additional seating at the breakfast bar.
At the front of the house is the cosy Snug with a large inglenook fireplace, wood burner and original beams. It also contains a large sofa and a wall mounted TV with Sky Q.
The Sitting Room is a quiet space with a wood burner, two sofas, a coffee table, a library and a sideboard containing board games. There is also an office area consisting of a desk, a chair and an iMac with guest login. No television in this room - by design!
Off the kitchen there is a downstairs loo and also a utility/boot room (with access to the garden) containing a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The Master Bedroom is a large, vaulted space containing a contemporary four poster King-size bed. There is plenty of storage space and beautiful views over the garden and fields beyond. With its own en-suite bathroom, this space feels like a self-contained apartment within the house. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk in rain shower, loo, freestanding bath & double washbasins.
Bedroom 2 displays many of the original 18th Century features; curved walls, old beams and a fireplace mixed with modern muted pink and grey colours. There is a desk, chair and plenty of storage space.
Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and additional trundle bed allowing sleeping for up to three. There is a small desk and stool and plenty of storage space.
Bedroom 4 is the smallest of the bedrooms but still able to accommodate a double bed, dressing table and stool.
The Main Bathroom is equipped with a shower/bath, washbasin, loo and heated towel rail.
Outside
At the back of the property there are two large areas in which to relax in and enjoy alfresco entertaining. There is an extendable outdoor dining table, accessed through the French doors, which will comfortably seat 6-8 people. Adjacent to this is a large 4-burner GrillStream BBQ. Through the large bi fold doors there is a contemporary seating area consisting of a comfortable outdoor sofa, two outdoor armchairs and two outdoor coffee tables.

A damages deposit may be required to cover any breakages or extraordinary cleaning. This will be payable prior to stay and refunded after a satisfactory check out.
